Your company may optionally choose to invite you via email and install and register access to ENgage!.


A sample of a typical message could look as below:



You have been invited by the company to participate in Engage!, a solution that enables us to communicate with you in a much more proactive way, when we need to get information out to you quickly and when we need you to respond.


Your Desktop experience for ENgage! may be rolled out to your computer via our IT team, but for mobile access you will need to download and install the ENgage! Mobile APP and register with our central ENgage! Server.


  1. Open this email on your Mobile Device.


  1. Download the Engage! Mobile APP and install it as you would any other mobile application from the respective APP store by clicking the appropriate link below:


    1. On your Apple iOS mobile phone and/or tablet, use this browser App Store link:

  1. Once the APP is installed then you will need to register before you can participate in ENgage!:


    1. Copy the link below to your clipboard on your mobile device:

Alternatively, you can use a “Deep-linking” URL which will skip step (b) and automatically fill the “server” field for you in in step (c)  as well.

    1. Open the APP on your mobile Device

    1. You will be placed on the Registration Screen


    1. Enter your NETWORK user name (Domain\Username) and password in the boxes as shown in   and  respectively in the above screenshot.


    1. Paste the URL you copied in step (a) into box  and press the “Register” button .


      1. If registration is successful you will access the main ENgage! application interface.


      1. If registration fails the screen will show contact details to gain further assistance from IT Support.
